Over the course of 7 seasons on Gilmore Girls, we got to see a lot of different aspects of a lot of different characters. But one character who was always shrouded in a bit of mystery was Mrs. Kim (Emily Kuroda). She was quiet and stern, especially in the beginning, but every once in a while she’d say or do something that seemed completely crazy.
